Our cornhole game boards are made from 18mm thick, carefully selected, high-quality Baltic birch and waterproof plywood. The dimensions and weight of the boards meet all ACL requirements. Durable UV printing ensures long-lasting design enjoyment, and you can choose any custom design you like. Each board is coated with three layers of UV- and moisture-resistant varnish, providing durability and excellent sliding and grip quality.

Steps
Our UV Printer
With our UV printer, we guarantee the best quality. UV printing is directly applied to the wood, and then we apply three layers of high-quality, waterproof lacquer to ensure your design lasts for a long time!
Each custom cornhole board starts with your unique design. We begin by discussing your design preferences, and based on that, we create a professional design tailored to your needs.
Once you approve the design, we will proceed with the payment.
After the payment is made, production will start, which includes CNC cutting, UV printing, assembly, and careful application of three layers of lacquer.
Once the boards are finished, they will be carefully packed and shipped to you.
CNC Machine Cutting
With the help of automated machinery, we can offer you parts cut with millimeter precision, ensuring the highest quality.
Assembly and Lacquering
The board is assembled by hand with the utmost care here in Lithuania, using only the highest quality materials. All edges are rounded and sanded manually. The two crossbeam construction reduces bounce. The 3-layer protection against UV rays and moisture extends the board's lifespan and ensures long-lasting gameplay.
