1. Delivery Terms
Delivery Countries:
We deliver to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and European Union countries.
Delivery Methods:
In Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: Shipments are delivered via DPD or Omniva parcel lockers and couriers (depending on the size and weight of the parcel). In Lithuania, shipments can also be delivered via bus cargo services.
In the European Union: Shipments are delivered via LP Express.
In Vilnius: Free pickup is available. The specific pickup location is arranged individually.

Delivery Times:
In Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: Depending on the chosen delivery method, shipments are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
In the European Union: LP Express delivery times vary by country: in some countries, shipments are delivered within 2–5 business days, while in others, it may take 5–10 business days.
Delivery Price:
The delivery price depends on the weight, size, and destination country of the shipment. It is calculated individually at the time of the order.
Shipment Tracking:
After shipment, customers will be provided with a tracking number for their parcel.
Product Shipping Time:
The shipping time for each product varies. For example, bags are shipped on the same or the next business day, while other products may have a longer production/shipping time.
Damaged Shipments Return:
If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us by email within 3 business days of receiving the parcel, including photos and shipment details.
