RETURN POLICY
MB Autobavaras (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") values and cares for its Customers, so in this Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") we clearly and unequivocally present the terms and conditions of product and money returns for goods and services purchased from the Company's website http://www.balticcornhole.lt (hereinafter - "Website").
The terms "You," "Your," and "Customer" refer to an entity, person, company, or organization using our Website and purchasing our Products and services. The terms "we" and "our" refer to MB Autobavaras, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and its subsidiaries, branches, and representatives. The terms "Products" or "Goods" include any goods or services that you may purchase from our Website.
This Policy applies when you visit the Company's website and purchase Products sold there. This Policy does not apply to any third-party websites and applications that you may find through our Website, including those that may be related to our products or services. Before clicking on any links, you should review the terms of service and return policies of any third-party websites or applications.

If you do not agree with this Policy or any part of it, please do not order or purchase Products from our Website.
Many of our Products are subject to a money-back guarantee. You have the right, without stating a reason and without incurring additional costs, to cancel your order and return the purchased Products to the Company within 14 days, provided the Products have not been used, are not damaged, the packaging is not damaged, and all labels are intact, and their appearance has not significantly changed. In other words, the Product and/or Product packaging should only have been altered as necessary to inspect the Products.
The right to withdraw from a remote contract and return the Products within 14 days does not apply to legal entities (i.e., companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals purchasing the Products for commercial purposes).
For more information on which Products sold on the Company's Website are subject to return exceptions, please refer to the "Return Exceptions" section.
This section does not limit your right to cancel services or return Products that are of poor quality or defective.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Any Product you wish to return must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, which must not be damaged, and the Product must be in the same condition as when you purchased it. You are responsible for ensuring that the Product and its packaging are not damaged or destroyed during transportation. If the returned Product does not meet these requirements, we will not be able to accept it.
If the Product is not subject to return exceptions, you must submit a request to cancel the service or return the Product no later than 14 days from the receipt of the Product.
If you decide to cancel the service or return the Product, please contact our Customer Service department, which will assist you and provide all necessary information on how you can cancel our services and where to return the purchased Product.
Once you cancel the service and/or return the Product, following all the conditions set in this Policy, we will refund the amounts you have paid, excluding additional costs that occurred because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
Please use your right to return Products responsibly. Please note that you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from actions that are not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product. If the returned Product is damaged, the packaging is damaged, or it is incomplete, we will not be able to accept the Product back and refund your payments.
Once you return the Product, we will perform a check on the returned Product. If no violations of the return conditions are found, we will refund your paid amounts via the same payment method you used to purchase the Product. Depending on your chosen payment method, the refund may take up to 5 days.
If you miss the deadlines specified in the Return Policy, we will not be able to process your request for a return of the Product or refund the amounts paid to the Company.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Your right to withdraw from a remote contract does not apply to the following quality Products and services:
Products made according to the customer's special instructions, which were not pre-manufactured and are made according to the customer's personal choice.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you wish to return a defective Product, you can do so within 14 days from the date of delivery by informing us via email at info@balticcornhole.lt, providing photos or videos of the defective Product and/or package.
When sending us a notification of cancellation of the service or return of a defective Product, please include the following information:
Order number
Information about the Product defects, missing parts, or damages
Evidence of the defects (e.g., photos or videos showing the defect of the Product, if possible, as well as photos or videos showing packaging damage, etc.)
When requesting the return of a defective Product, please indicate how you would like to resolve the issue:
Replace the defective Product with an identical, good-quality Product;
Apply a discount to the defective Product, corresponding to the value reduction due to existing defects;
Accept the Product and refund the money paid to the Customer.
RETURN POLICY UPDATES
Our Policy may be changed due to changes in circumstances or legal requirements. If the Company updates the Policy, the new version will be published on the website http://www.balticcornhole.lt. In the event of significant Policy changes, we may contact you by email or inform you in other ways.
